Mahsuri Food is rapidly becoming a household name in the food seasoning and sauce industry. To meet the demands of an increasingly fast-paced lifestyle, Mahsuri developed a range of convenient sauces designed to help consumers prepare delicious homecooked meals quickly and easily. As part of their commitment to maintaining world-class production standards, the flooring in their manufacturing facility in Negeri Sembilan required a solution that was seamless, hygienic and fully HACCP-certified to ensure a sterile processing environment.

The project faced significant initial challenges due to the substrate condition. Adverse weather during the concrete casting stage resulted in an uneven surface and an incorrect floor gradient, leading to water ponding. To address this, we rectified the substrate using Flowtex PT, a high-strength epoxy screed to restore the correct floor gradient for effective water drainage.

Next, we installed Flowfresh MF and Flowfresh RT, covering a total area of 17,550 m² across the processing areas. These polyurethane systems provide a seamless surface that ensures a cleaner, more sanitary and low-maintenance workspace. We also applied Flowcoat SF41 for added durability and chemical resistance; as well as Surflex as a floor hardener to withstand heavy industrial traffic.

The result is a robust, easy-to-clean flooring system that aligns perfectly with Mahsuri Food’s own high standards for quality and care. We are proud to support Mahsuri Food as they continue to bring the authentic taste of Malaysia to more kitchens across the region.
