Flowscreed Industrial Top

Flowscreed Industrial Top is a single component, quick drying, cementitious levelling screed to be used in areas where a smooth surface is required.

Flowscreed Industrial Top can be laid at thicknesses up to 20mm, with a minimum of 7mm when pumped or 4mm when laid by hand.

Often used for fast track refurbishment and new construction in factories, workshops, warehouse etc., Flowscrete Industrial Top is ideal for when there is a demand for a smooth surface.

In areas of light foot traffic Flowscreed Industrial Top may be used alone or with a seal coat.

In heavy traffic areas, the Flowscreed Industrial Top should be used in combination with a resin topping to provide greater resistance to wear.
