New Flowfresh Formula is Faster and Full Of Colour

Flowcrete Asia’s improved Flowfresh formula makes hygienic floor installations easier and more eye-catching than ever.

Implementing the innovative clean floor concept Flowfresh is now even more rewarding than before thanks to a formula change that simplifies the logistics of use whilst adding extra vibrancy to the colours.

Flowfresh combines a high quality base with the natural cleaning power of Polygiene® to deliver a floor for environments that need to meet the highest possible level of hygiene. Up to 99.9% of surface bacteria are eliminated by the antimicrobial agent that is diffused throughout the mixture.

Delivering strength and durability, a Flowfresh floor remains resilient in even the most demanding settings, minimising failure risks and facilitating cleanliness throughout the products life.

By making a critical change to the formula’s pigment component, this market leading flooring solution has more benefits to the end user than ever before. One of the main advantages is that there is now a wider range of colours giving the client more options and greater customer satisfaction.

The new formula also has a positive effect on the floor’s brightness - and brighter floors are safer floors, which is especially important in areas where worker safety is paramount. Colour stability is another benefit, which means the floor’s colour will stay crisper and vivid for much longer when compared to similar products on the market.

Clients will get a faster service, as this innovative formulation has cut down on lead times, speeding up the Flowfresh installation process, in two important ways.

The new pigment formula is classified as a Non-Dangerous Goods, meaning it can be transported with less hassle. Reducing the red tape to ship by road, sea or air combined with being easier to store closer to clients quickens the response from storeroom to construction site.

Flowcrete’s developments don’t stop with Flowfresh, as it is also introducing Flowseal Ultra, a two component system based on Advanced Polyurea Technology. This latest innovation provides a hygienic, colour gloss floorseal with several advantages compared to similar products currently on the market.

Flowseal Ultra has a faster cure time than polyurethane coatings but at the same time it has a lower odour than many fast cure solutions. It is effective at withstanding demanding environments with its superior level of heat resistance, and a high humidity option makes it ideal for climates where this is a concern.
