Flowcrete Has Landed in The Philippines

In order to continue its extensive growth throughout Asia, Flowcrete has made its debut on the Philippines exhibition stage by taking part in PhilConstruct 2014 in Pasay City, this week.
Touted as the biggest expo of its kind in the Philippines, PhilConstruct has been defining the building and construction landscape in the country for over two decades. It now serves as the annual meeting place for the industry’s movers and shakers, gathering hundreds of the leading suppliers and thousands of trade buyers in one venue.
Flowcrete Asia is thrilled to have rolled out its exhibition booth in the Philippines for the very first time and is equally delighted to have shared the benefits of its seamless resin flooring and car park decking systems with masses of PhilConstruct visitors.
Edgardo Chua Antallan, Flowcrete Country Manager for the Philippines, said: “We are incredibly proud to have showcased our products at an exhibition in the Philippines for the very first time in our history.
“Most businesses in the construction industry, both local and foreign, have participated in this prominent exhibition in the past. This year around 500 major companies presented their products to the event’s visitors.

This is an exciting time for Flowcrete Asia to be presenting its products to the Philippines, as the country’s economy is thriving after posting a 7.2 percent increase in GDP in 2013.
The Philippines’ economy is one of the fastest growing in the world and is driven forward by its burgeoning construction sector. The nation’s construction industry is anticipated to expand by an impressive 46 percent this year and experts predict that it will be worth up to 20.6 billion USD by the end of FY16.
New developments and projects on the horizon for the Philippines include plans for nearly 300 skyscrapers as well as USD 9.6 billion worth of infrastructure projects, USD 7.4 million worth of airport developments and USD 200 million worth of port improvements – all coming just in time for the opening of the ASEAN Economic Community.
