Brewlander, Singapore

Inspired by a trip to the UK’s county of Cornwall (well-known for their fine ales), Brewlander was established in 2017 with the vision to provide exquisite craft beer to the city-state of Singapore. Following numerous years of successful growth, Brewlander scaled up business operations in 2020, setting up a permanent brewery which will also provide brewery tours and a tasting room for visitors.

Brewlander selected a Flowcrete floor finish for the new brewing facility. Over 700 m² of Flowfresh MF was installed across the production area. Flowfresh MF is a polyurethane floor finish that provides a seamless, non-porous finish that eliminates the growth of mould spores thanks to the antimicrobial technology incorporated in the coating system. The seamless surface delivered is hygienic, extremely tough and easy to clean. With a certification from HACCP International as food safe, Flowfresh MF is highly suitable for use in F&B processing areas.

The floor coating system was installed in a vibrant Warm Buff colour by a qualified applicator. As a result, the client was highly satisfied with the speed and quality of the overall floor finish.
