Menara Hap Seng 3, Malaysia

Tremco CPG Malaysia recently worked with Hap Seng, a reputable Malaysian property developer, on their latest flagship office development, Menara Hap Seng 3, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The new 26-storey office building continues the prestige of the fiabci-awarded Menara Hap Seng. The iconic towers are set to be an established trio with the completion of a bridge linking Menara Hap Seng 3 to its two sister towers. The unique benefit of this is that the professional community will have access to conveniences and venues spread across the 3 towers.

The project architects who were happy with Flowcrete’s products and services while working on the previous two towers, readily specified Flowcrete’s Deckshield ID car park protection systems for the upmarket 6-level car park.

Over 10,000m² of Deckshield ID was installed on Level B1 to B5 - to create the desired finish. Deckshield ID, a Green Label certified, low VOC, solvent-free, flexible polyurethane coating system, provides a colourful, watertight, hard-wearing surface. On the lowest basement level, over 2,000m² of the slip-resistant Deckshield LBD was used largely due to its capability to dissipate any rising moisture vapour from the ground, which is a common issue that causes delamination of the coating in the lowest basement decks.

The application job was completed by Flowcrete and its licensed contractor timely and professionally much to the delight of the client.
