Flowcrete Asia recently worked with Hang Lung Properties on the state of the art Riverside 66 shopping centre in Tianjin’s renowned Haihe Central Business District.

Riverside 66 plays host to nearly 400 popular international brands, providing top-quality shopping, dining and leisure opportunities, all designed to offer customers a unique lifestyle experience.

In keeping with the prestigious surroundings, Flowcrete Asia’s Deckshield ID car park decking was specified by the project architects, who were looking for a top-notch finish for the entire car park facility.

A total of 60,000m² of Deckshield ID was installed across the of the upmarket mall in order to create a positive first impression for all visitors.

Flowcrete’s licensed applicators worked in shifts, day and night for the three-month duration of the project to successfully complete the B2 and B3 car parks including demarcation and signage across the floor.

The Deckshield range of environmentally sustainable car park coatings have been conceptualized specifically for enhancing visual appearance, sharpening light reflectively and preventing water ingress into any car parking structure.

The client was understandably delighted with the end result that Flowcrete and its licensed contractor delivered and also with the timely and professional manner in which the work was undertaken.
