When Rycal, a specialist contracting company based in Subang, Malaysia, required a fresh floor coating to brighten up their meeting room, they selected Flowflake Terrosso to be seamlessly laid over the existing tiles.

While it is not often recommended, some clients choose to install over tiled floors to minimise time and removal cost. To ensure the best possible finish was achieved, before proceeding with the application of Flowflake Terrosso, any loose or damaged tiles were repaired before a layer of Flowcoat SC was applied to level the surface and cover the joints.

Flowflake Terrosso, a decorative epoxy floor finish, is suitable for use in commercial settings such as retail showrooms, designer outlets and offices. It contains varying sizes of flakes scattered over a pigmented base coat and finished with a clear sealer. It offers a range of colour options to deliver an attractive floor finish that is hardwearing, easy to clean, and chemical resistant.

The client chose Grey Granite to complement the colour of the office wall, and the project was completed within three days.
