ESR BizPark@Changi, Singapore

Situated in the heart of Changi Business Hub in Singapore, ESR BizPark@Changi is an integrated development comprising the 251-room Park Avenue Changi Hotel and two 9-storey blocks of business park buildings with retail outlets, restaurants, serviced offices, and a convention centre.

In late 2020, the food court in the building needed a refurbishment and Tremco CPG was called to supply new flooring to complement the architect’s design to provide refreshed dining environments. To meet the client’s requirements, Flowcrete’s Flowflake Terrosso, an attractive, hardwearing and easy to clean epoxy resin floor system, was selected.

Over 100 m² of Flowflake Terrosso in Storm colour was applied. Formulated with a sleek aesthetic in mind, Flowflake surface is hardwearing which can withstand medium to heavy traffic and impact from wheeled food carts. Its speckled flake finish disguises visible surface scratches and stains so the artistic element can be maintained for a long time. The seamless covering makes it easy to keep the floor area clean, which is a critical requirement for a food court.

The installation was completed within a week and was installed flawlessly flush with the adjoining tiles.
