Arte Mont Kiara, Malaysia

Arte Mont Kiara (Arte MK) is a leasehold commercial serviced apartment building located in the prestigious township of Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The luxurious property is a collaboration between Singapore-based architectural firm Spark Architects and Malaysian real estate developer Arte Corp (formally Nusmetro Group). Arte MK covers 3.3 acres of land area comprising 3 different towers namely Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3.

Flowcrete floor finishes had previously been installed at Arte Corp’s other projects in Malaysia whereby we earned the client’s trust in our product quality and service. In 2020, the client again asked Flowcrete to supply the flooring for its latest residential project Arte @ Mont Kiara.

To create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests, over 420m² of Peran SL was installed in Tower 2 lift lobby. The resin floor finish is colourful, glossy, self-smoothing which blends well with tiles to create a functional yet aesthetic surface. The Peran SL coating is installed seamlessly meaning that it’s easy to clean and maintain.

Diamond Lounge is an area for members to relax and to entertain. To achieve a stylish and relaxing environment, 200m² of Flowflake Terrosso, a pigmented epoxy system, was installed in light cream colour with grey and black flakes scattered over the surface.

Over 100m² of Flowseal UV in Pewter Grey was selected for The Mirror Bar, an area for residents to hold events. The UV and chemical resistant, non-dusting polyurethane floor sealer provides an easy to clean surface. Over 300m² of Flowseal UV in Pewter Grey was also used for Tower 3 lift lobby with contrasting white line markings to give an artistic feel to the area.

The entire project was completed in November 2020 in time for residents and guests to enjoy Christmas and the New Year.
