The opening of a new Isuzu 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) Service Centre in Kuantan, Pahang reflects the brand’s continued growth in Malaysia. According to Isuzu Malaysia CEO Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, while the brand is known for producing dependable and efficient vehicles, the priority is to deliver a satisfying ownership experience where customers can expect a higher level of care and service. Certified as an Isuzu Medium Heavy Duty (MHD) outlet, the new facility sells and services the full range of Isuzu vehicles, from popular pick-ups to the medium-duty Forward and heavy-duty Giga trucks. To handle such demanding operations, flooring is essential in operational efficiency and workplace safety.

To meet these requirements, Flowcrete installed Flowtex PT, a power-trowelled epoxy screed at 5mm thickness, across the 750m² area. This seamless, heavy-duty base withstands constant vehicle traffic, mechanical stress from tools and equipment as well as spills of automotive fluids without compromising integrity or appearance.

A final layer of Flowseal UV in a special Isuzu grey colour was applied as the topcoat, creating a seamless, high-gloss finish that resists dirt build-up that makes it easy to clean. Its UV stability protects against discolouration and degradation, helping the floor retain its look and performance over time.
